Take this opportunity to reinvigorate your mind, body and spirit with a Full Moon Sound Bath.
Join us on Sunday, January 28, 2024 at 14:30 for an enchanting and rejuvenating experience at the An Tobar Retreat & Spirituality Centre. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of the Full Moon Sound Bath, carefully curated by our expert sound therapist Aimée Farrell Courtney M.Mus, B.Mus.
During this in-person event, you will be guided through a transformative journey of sound and vibration. Allow the harmonious tones and frequencies to wash over you, promoting deep relaxation, stress relief, and a sense of inner peace.
Our skilled sound therapist will employ a variety of instruments, including Himalayan singing bowls, double gongs, and theraputic percussion to create a symphony of healing vibrations. As you lie comfortably on a mat or sit in a chair, you will be enveloped in these gentle sounds, encouraging the release of tension and the restoration of balance.
Whether you are seeking a moment of tranquility, a chance to unwind, or a way to connect with your inner self, the Full Moon Sound Bath offers a unique opportunity to nurture your mind, body, and spirit.
