Our next over 18’s all-female Sound and Music Retreat takes place July 1st – 4th 2023 in the stunning setting of the historic Boyne Valley in Ireland’s Ancient East. Home of the Irish High Kings, spiritual Hill of Tara and one of the three UNESCO-listed World Heritage sites in Ireland, the beautiful County Meath will once again play host to our Boann Retreat.

Boann (Bóinn) is the mythical goddess of the River Boyne and of poetry, fertility and knowledge. According to legend, Boann created the Boyne and she acts as a source of creativity and feminine energy within our 3-Night Restorative Retreat. Held in the calming and grounding surrounding of An Tobar, it is the perfect setting for reflection and looking inward as you make use of the forest walks, serene indoor and outdoor meditation spaces and beautiful water-side views.

Immerse yourself in our transformative therapeutic practices such as Soothing Sound Baths with Himalayan Singing Bowls and Invigorating Outdoor Gong Baths surrounded by nature.
