🎶 Full Moon Concert with ÚNA:

• Join us for an intimate afternoon of spellbinding melodies under the shimmering glow of the full moon energy. ÚNA will serenade you with her mesmerizing harp and captivating voice, weaving together an eclectic array of music that transcends boundaries and touches the soul.
• But the enchantment doesn’t end there! We are thrilled to announce that ÚNA will be joined by world champion bodhrán player, Aimée Farrell Courtney, adding an electrifying rhythm to the afternoon’s performance. Together, they will create a harmonious fusion of sounds that will transport you to another realm.
• Time: 2.30pm

🎶 Invigorating Sound Bath:

• During this in-person event, you will be guided through a transformative journey of sound and vibration. Allow the harmonious tones and frequencies to wash over you, promoting deep relaxation, stress relief, and a sense of inner peace.
• Immerse yourself in the healing power of sound as our skilled practitioner guides you through a tranquil journey using Himalayan Singing Bowls, Double Gongs, and other Therapeutic Percussion Instruments.
• No Experience Needed!

Comfortable Clothing,

Warm Socks,

Yoga Mat & Pillow / Cushion,

Warm Blanket (perhaps x2),

Water

There are some people that a sound bath is not suitable for and these include:

If you’re in the 1st trimester of pregnancy, if you have a pace maker, metal plates or implants. If you are within 3 months of a major surgery.

Please arrive on time –

Late admissions will be not be granted entry. This is to allow all particpants to fully enjoy the experience.

Please don’t attend if –

You have been asked to self isolate by a doctor or you are feeling unwell or have a fever, you have tested positive for COVID-19.
